IMPORTANT TASKS
- This position includes the following areas:
- Personal Assistance (m/w/d) of the Managing Director Marktfolge as well as
- Assistance in the Managing Director office
You enjoy working on administrative tasks in the management office just as much as delving deeply into the topics presented to you. This also includes, for example, support in the creation of presentations, documentation, and statistics.
As an organizational talent, you easily ensure a smooth daily routine in the management team by, among other things, efficiently controlling calendar and time management. The detailed preparation and follow-up of meetings, video, and telephone conferences as well as business trips (including travel expense accounting) is a matter of course for you, too.
Your creative side also comes into play here by actively shaping the external image of Airbus Bank and our website.
You will excite us with the following profile:
- Studies/apprenticeship: You have an apprenticeship as a bank clerk, management assistant, office management clerk or equivalent qualifications
- You have profound experience in management assistance
- You act confidently, trustfully and service-oriented towards the management team, customers and business partners and therefore represent Airbus Bank professionally internally and externally
- You work responsibly, with a focus for detail - even under time pressure
- Your spoken and written English skills are fluent to business fluent (knowledge of French is an advantage)
- You have a confident command of the MS Office package
- Enthusiasm, loyalty, teamwork, commitment, and motivation complete your profile
