IMPORTANT TASKS
- Support the customer sales representatives from the Real Estate and Aerospace departments with processing customer inquiries and orders as part of daily banking operations
- Assist in gathering publicly available corporate legal documents, as well as extracts from registers and reports from credit agencies regarding prospects and customers
- Create customer and individual data, as well as the entry of customer units (KNE/GvK) and relevant data in accordance with regulatory requirements (e.g., GwG, AO, KWG)
- Generate account contracts, review and implement account openings, as well as the technical setup of EBICS interfaces
- Record customer data updates, and carry out account closures and customer data deletions upon termination of business relation
- Administer the customer complaint management system, including the creation of related internal requests and external correspondence
- Review assigned invoices and maintained ongoing entries in the corresponding budget tracking list
- Perform data plausibility checks, data control, and data cleansing measures
- Ensuring a complete and traceable documentation
BEST PRECONDITIONS
- Successfully completed apprenticeship as a bank clerk (m/f/d), office management clerk (m/f/d), or equivalent qualification or degree
- Relevant professional experience in a regulated financial institution, with a good general understanding of the existing business procedures and processes
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements for customers data and opening accounts (including those under the GwG, AO, KWG, ZKG), as well as the associated KYC requirements (e.g., identity verification)
- High level of commitment, solution-oriented thinking, and strong customer focus
- Confident, professional, and serious demeanor towards internal and external stakeholders
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, along with a high degree of responsibility and self-organization
- Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Outlook, M365, and Teams
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in English and German (practically proven); additional language skills are an advantage
