IMPORTANT TASKS
“Run the bank” – (Digital) Solution Lifecycle Management
Recording, evaluating, and structuring (technical) requirements for existing IT systems/solutions
Operation and further development of existing IT applications along relevant technologies (including RPA, Power Automate, agree21)
Functional application responsibility for the IT systems managed (including M365 Suite, RPA, agree21)
„Change the bank“ – (Digital) Solution Design & Delivery
Advising business units on identifying and specifying new (digitalization) potentials / IT requirements
Translating (new) business requirements into (digital / IT) solution architectures/concepts as well as solutions
End-to-end support of solution implementation across the phases of prototyping, (low-code) development, testing, and go-live
Cross-sectional/Special Topics
Occasional handling of special topics, especially within the scope of (IT) projects (e.g., participating in or leading (sub-)projects)
BEST PRECONDITIONS
- University Degree in (business) informatics, (industrial) engineering, business administration with an IT focus, or a comparable qualification
- Ideally, (initial) professional experience at the interface between business and IT, e.g., in requirements engineering, application management, or solution design
- Practical experience with low-code technologies, ideally MS Power Platform (especially Power Automate, Power BI) and RPA (especially UIPath); experience in applying and designing AI solutions is a plus
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
- Good technical understanding of the development, integration, and operation of digital solutions and IT systems; experience in the banking environment and/or working with a core banking system (e.g., agree21) is a plus
- Good English skills as well as good communication and advisory skills at the interface between the department, IT, and external partners
