IMPORTANT TASKS
− The development and coordination of measures for the assigned customers in the areas of commercial real estate financing
− You act as a contact person and decision-maker for employees, colleagues and customers.
− Derivation of recommendations for action for the further engagement strategy and its Implementation
− Ensuring high quality of decision templates and coordination of internal and external decision and approval processes as well as appropriate risk assessment of transactions
− Evaluation of own credit cases, usually with particular complexity or special cases in terms of content, i.e. analysis, review of credit/collateral agreements, necessary monitoring
− Optimizing and ensuring the data quality of the loan portfolio as well as improving the processes and workflows in ongoing loan processing
− Project-related support for special orders from the credit transaction/analysis Management
− Contact person for external auditor
BEST PRECONDITIONS
- Your studies/apprenticeship: You hold a business administration or comparable degree or equivalent qualification
− You have several years of professional experience (at least 15 years) in structured commercial real estate financing
− You have several years of experience in leading a team
− Good communication and teamwork skills as well as high quality and risk awareness
− You have a strong sense of recognizing, classifying, and minimizing risks and have very good analytical and conceptual skills
− You show initiative, have the power of persuasion and make decisions
− A hands-on mentality and the ability to work in a team are among your characteristics
− You are characterized by high resilience and flexibility and have a goal-oriented and structured way of working
− Sound knowledge of MS Office and very good English skills complete your profile
