IMPORTANT TASKS

Continuously develop the bank’s Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) framework for all third-party relationships (ICT and non-ICT), ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (specifically DORA, EBA guidelines, and MaRisk)

Advise and support business units in managing and monitoring their service provider relationships, including areas such as risk analysis and exit strategies

Conduct risk-based control activities to ensure adherence to central TPRM policies from a Second Line of Defense (2LoD) perspective

Continuously develop Business Continuity Management (BCM) across the entire BCM lifecycle, addressing both preventive and reactive aspects

Report directly to senior management, particularly in the roles of Outsourcing Officer and Emergency Manager

Collaborate closely with the Information Security Officer (including acting as a deputy, if applicable) and serve as a coordinator and liaison for relevant stakeholders, including Risk Management, Internal Audit, Procurement, and IT

BEST PRECONDITIONS

  • Degree in Business, IT, or comparable training with relevant additional qualifications
  • Experience in third-party risk management (or outsourcing management) and/or business continuity management, ideally within the financial sector
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements (specifically DORA, EBA, MaRisk) and international standards such as ISO 27001 or ISO 22301
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style, combined with strong communication skills
  • Willingness to pursue continuous professional development and build specialized expertise
  • Good English language skills
