IMPORTANT TASKS
"Run the bank" – Ensuring efficient and compliant ICT governance
Support for IT audits (internal/external) as well as management and follow-up of findings and action completion
Central interface to 2nd LoD functions, especially ICT Risk Management, Information Security, 3rd Party Risk Management, and BCM, as well as to 1LoD (e.g., Procurement, IT)
Close collaboration with relevant stakeholders from 1LoD and 2LoD along operational processes and topics
Ensuring and actively developing ICT governance-related standards, policies, processes, controls, and reporting requirements
„Change the bank“ – Advancing ICT Governance & Organization:
Further developing the ICT strategy in line with business and risk strategies, as well as the functions for information security, outsourcing, and emergency management in the DORA context
Advancing ICT-related processes, frameworks, and structures along regulatory, technological, and organizational developments (including ICT change management)
Supporting or leading IT-related initiatives, projects, and undertakings, especially from an IT governance perspective
Identifying and implementing optimization potential along IT-related/IT-adjacent processes, particularly in standardization, automation, and digitalization
Cross-sectional/Special Topics
Situational handling of special topics, especially within the context of (IT) projects (e.g., participation in or management of (sub-)projects)
BEST PRECONDITIONS
- University Degree in (business) informatics, (industrial) engineering, economics, natural sciences, or a comparable qualification
- Experience in implementing regulatory requirements in the banking environment (especially DORA, MaRisk, EBA) as well as in interacting with internal and external auditors
- Experience in implementing and establishing IT governance-related processes, policies, and frameworks following common standards and best practices (e.g., ISO 27001, ISO 2230x, ITIL, COBIT)
- Very good analytical thinking and conceptual skills
- High motivation and the ability to work independently and self-organized in a team
- Good English skills
