IMPORTANT TASKS

  • You look after our employees in 1st level support for hardware and software problems
  • You will also be responsible for recording and processing problem cases and documenting them in the ticket system.
  • You will process support requests independently and be available to our employees as an expert with your specialist knowledge in the event of technical issues.
  • You will be responsible for the administration / user management and support of the existing bank network, mailing system and peripherals
  • You support the optimization of work processes.
  • You will create and update instruction and installation documentation.
  • You will conscientiously ensure compliance with IT security guidelines and procedures, including data protection and access controls.
  • You will support IT projects with your own work packages
  • You will work in a committed and competent IT team

BEST PRECONDITIONS

  • Completed training in the IT sector or studies in computer science, completed training as a bank clerk with an IT focus or comparable qualification
  • Relevant professional experience in the area of application administration and core banking systems (agree21 an advantage)
  • Structured and independent way of working as well as goal-oriented and professional handling of new tasks and problems
  • Strong service and user orientation as well as team and communication skills
  • High level of motivation and assertiveness
  • good written and spoken English skills
