IMPORTANT TASKS
Professional and disciplinary leadership as well as development of a team in the finance sector
Responsibility for main and subsidiary accounting (including asset, accounts payable, and accounts receivable accounting)
Preparation of annual, monthly, and quarterly financial statements according to HGB as well as reconciliation statements according to IFRS
Preparation and further development of financial reports, dashboards, and analyses for management and supervisory board
Optimization and digitalization of finance and reporting processes as well as further development of the management information system
Analysis and implementation of new requirements in existing processes, especially regarding the integration of new products (NPP)
Handling of tasks related to accounting and valuation according to HGB as well as acceleration of financial statement preparation
Independent execution and support of projects in the finance sector
Preparation of tax pre-declarations (Kest, VAT) and compilation of documents for the tax advisor
BEST PRECONDITIONS
Degree in economics, accounting, finance, or a comparable qualification
Extensive industry knowledge in the banking sector, particularly regarding regulatory requirements, accounting, and valuation
Professional professional experience in finance and accounting
Deep experience in leading and developing teams (strong leadership skills)
Profound knowledge of HGB and IFRS as well as tax law (Kest, VAT)
Experience in the preparation of financial statements and reports
Excellent analytical skills and experience with Excel
Affinity for digital technologies and process optimization
Excellent englisch and german language skills in writing and speaking
