IMPORTANT TASKS
"Run the bank" – Managing Team / Resources / Delivery
Lead and develop the team professionally and disciplinarily based on their skills, motivations, and the bank's needs
Operationally manage and prioritize tasks and topics within the team while ensuring a consistent results-oriented approach
Manage internal requirements and interfaces as well as external service providers in the context of the areas of responsibility
Ensure efficient, standardized, and compliant operations for all responsible topics and tasks within the team

Förderung & Entwicklung der Aufgaben, Kompetenzen, Verantwortlichkeiten und Rollen im Team entlang der Bedarfe der Bank
Übergreifende Bewertung, Strukturierung und Priorisierung von technischen Anforderungen bzw. Vorhaben der Bank
Steuerung der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Aufbau-/Ablauforganisation (KVP) und (digitaler) Lösungen
Querschnitts-/Sonderthemen
Verantwortung für (bank-)übergreifende Steuerungsthemen (z.B. PMO, NPP)
Situative Übernahme von Sonderthemen insb. im Rahmen von (IT)Projekten (z.B. Mitwirkung oder Leitung von (Teil-)Projekten)
BEST PRECONDITIONS
- University Degree in (Business) Informatics, (Business) Engineering, Economics, or a equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in IT / Digitalization / Transformation / Process Management, ideally with (initial) technical or managerial leadership experience
- Proven experience in managing, supporting, and implementing optimization, digitalization, or transformation initiatives
- Very good understanding of process management, (digital) transformation, and organization, ideally in a banking environment
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, entrepreneurial thinking, as well as a structured, independent, and results-oriented way of working
- Strong skills in communication, structuring or problem-solving, and stakeholder management (internal / external)
- Very good English skills. International experience is of advantage
