You will strengthen our Risk Controlling team where you can take responsibility for topics from modeling to implementation. As you will closely collaborate with different disciplines within the Risk Controlling team as well as other departments, you will gain an in-depths understanding of the bank’s transactions and the resulting risks. We empower you to take ownership for your topics and offer an open risk culture and direct contact to top management. Given our international team and the integration into Airbus Group, good English communication skills are needed.

Your impact:
  • you take ownership of all liquidity risk related topics from modeling to reporting
  • you support your colleagues in market risk and operational risk
  • you expand the space for analysis and value-added tasks by driving the automatization of risk controlling processes and procedures including implementation
  • you improve decision making by providing advice and actionable recommendations to management based on your analysis and reports
  • you ensure adequate risk assessment by enhancing and validating methodology and the corresponding tools


  • Ideally first experience in liquidity risk controlling or related areas
  • Structured and results-oriented way of working and strong analytical skills
  • Data-driven and hands-on mentality to retrieve, generate and analyze data
  • Willingness to take ownership and responsibility for own topics and results
  • Holistic mindset / ability to understand the big picture and to work cross-divisionally
  • Bachelor/Master degree in economics or comparable qualification, ideally with a banking/finance or quantitative focus
  • Profound knowledge in Excel, ideally knowledge of VR Control and VBA/Alteryx or similar
  • Excellence communication skills in English and ideally German (word and written)
