IMPORTANT TASKS

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated, committed, and independent personal assistant (m/f/d) for the Managing Directors office. In this versatile and responsible position, you will help to effectively support the management and ensure the smooth running of the daily management office operations.
 
You will take on both organizational and coordinative as well as administrative tasks and thus make a significant contribution to relieving the burden on the management team. Your tasks will primarily include:
 
Coordinative activities in the MD Office:
- Administrative and partly technical coordination of tasks in the team
- Ensuring the smooth running of GL office operations in an international environment
 
Preparation and follow-up of meetings and committees:
- Preparation of presentations, minutes, documentation and statistics in English and German
- Coordination and support in the planning and implementation of Supervisory Board Meetings,
  Risk & Audit Committees and the annual shareholders' meeting
 
Event management and communication:
- Shared responsibility for planning, organizing and implementing events at home and abroad as   
  well as customer and company events
- Design and maintenance of the external image of Airbus Bank, especially on the Airbus Bank
  website
- Development of branding content in close cooperation with the parent company Airbus SE
 
Administrative tasks and special projects:
- Ensuring efficient calendar and appointment management for the management team
- Budget planning and monitoring as well as invoice and contract checking
- Collaboration with senior management and participation in bank-wide and cross-departmental
  projects and topics
- Reviewing and invoicing business trips in the management team
- Responsibility for processes and work instructions
- Organization and maintenance of confidential management files
- Taking on ad-hoc requests and special tasks with changing requirements
 

BEST PRECONDITIONS

Required qualifications:
 
- You have an apprenticeship as a bank clerk, management assistant, office management clerk or    equivalent qualifications
- You have relevant professional experience in C-level assistance and are used to analyzing
  complex issues quickly and developing appropriate solutions
- Through your independent and proactive way of working, you achieve valuable results for Airbus
  Bank
- Your appearance is adequate, adept and service-oriented towards management, employees,
  customers and business partners and thus represent Airbus Bank professionally internally and
  externally
- You work responsibly, with an eye for detail - even under time pressure
- Your written and spoken English skills are business fluent (knowledge of French is an advantage)
- You have a good command of the MS Office package
- Loyalty, professionalism as well as the ability to work in a team, commitment and motivation   
  round off your profile
