IMPORTANT TASKS
- Maintenance and further development of the data infrastructure and data management within the framework of Airbus Bank's business intelligence strategy.
- Implementation and further development of the bank's reporting functionality using and further developing Airbus Bank's ETL and visualization tools (primarily Alteryx and Tableau) in collaboration with all departments.
- Monitoring and reporting on the bank's loan portfolio, with a focus on the aerospace business segment.
- Future: Portfolio management function by preparing analyses and recommendations on the bank's existing and new business, taking into account macroeconomic developments, and presenting these to various bank committees.
- Participation in bank-wide projects or (partial) project responsibility.
- Supporting the division management in audits, especially the annual financial statement audit.
BEST PRECONDITIONS
- Degree in business informatics, economics (business administration, economics), or a comparable qualification.
- High interdisciplinary skills, i.e. the ability to combine IT/data management with finance/banking operations, are an advantage.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, as well as BI and data analysis tools such as Alteryx and Tableau; an advantage, as is experience in working with databases (SQL Server) and defining SQL queries.
- Knowledge of the core banking system agree21 is an advantage.
- Analytical thinking and working skills, ability to recognize economic relationships and their mechanisms in the context of a bank with an asset-based finance business model.
- Ability to communicate issues precisely and appropriately, both verbally and in writing.
- Communication skills and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work independently.
- Very good English and German language skills.
