IMPORTANT TASKS
- Support in the risk analysis of clients' financial figures and assets for new business and in the monitoring of existing business
- Comprehensive rating analysis of national and international companies from the real estate and aviation industries
- Performance of key figure analyses (calculation of KPls)
- Analysis & evaluation of annual financial statements and other documents relevant to Section 18 KWG (income tax assessments, etc.) )
- Preparation of client ratings (corporate and asset ratings) with the respective rating tools and interpretation of these
- Development and implementation of scenario analyses in relation to the client's financial situation
- Preparation of the analysis results and discussion of these with the stakeholders (credit analysts/client advisors/risk controlling/credit committee, etc.)
- Support in the preparation and compilation of information for auditors or supervisory authorities
BEST PRECONDITIONS
- Completed degree in economics or comparable qualification
- First credit and analysis experience in the real estate credit business or in the international lending business desirable
- Good knowledge of accounting regulations according to HGB and IFRS
- Strong, structured and analytical thinking
- Understanding of numbers
- Interest in building up and expanding your own know-how in order to look beyond the horizon and thus develop a good understanding of the lending business
- Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to work in a team
- Willingness to learn, ability to work under pressure and an independent way of working
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
