IMPORTANT TASKS
Support in the risk analysis of clients' financial figures and assets for new business and in the monitoring of existing business
Comprehensive rating analysis of national and international companies in the real estate and aviation industries
Conducting key performance indicator (KPI) analyses
Analysis and evaluation of annual financial statements and other documents relevant under Section 18 of the German Banking Act (KWG) (income tax assessments, etc.)
Preparation of client ratings (corporate and asset ratings) using the respective rating tools and their interpretation
Development and execution of scenario analyses regarding the client's financial situation
Preparation of analysis results and discussion of the findings with stakeholders (credit analysts/account managers/risk controlling/credit committee, etc.)
Support in preparing and compiling information for auditors or regulatory authorities
BEST PRECONDITIONS
- Degree in economics or a comparable qualification
- Initial experience in lending and analysis, particularly in real estate or international lending, is desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
- Willingness to learn, resilience, and the ability to work independently
- Profound knowledge of accounting standards according to German GAAP (HGB) and IFRS
- Strong, structured, and analytical thinking skills
- A passion for numbers
- Interest in developing and expanding your own expertise, thinking outside the box, and gaining a solid understanding of the lending business
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
