IMPORTANT TASKS
- Processing of refinancing and securities transactions, derivatives business as well as securities lending and repo transactions with Airbus SE.
- Controlling of transactions carried out by the Treasury department (including market compliance checks).
- Ensuring and carrying out the bank's payment transactions (national/international) as well as the corresponding account management.
- Analysis and compliance with legal and regulatory innovations in the context of securities trading, derivatives and payment transactions as well as ensuring their implementation in the company.
- Independent process improvement and improvement of work processes in the Back Office Services department in coordination with the adjacent departments, as well as their documentation.
- Conception, initiation and tracking of automation and digitalization of workflows in the Back Office Services department (e.g. with the help of robot-based solutions or similar).
- Management of or participation in projects, special tasks, conceptual activities.
- Supporting the Back Office Treasury management in the preparation and compilation of information for management, auditors, and supervisory authorities.
BEST PRECONDITIONS
- Degree in Economics or equivalent / Apprenticeship as a bank clerk or equivalent - additional qualifications e.g. banking specialist or subject related studies are welcome.
- Experience in international securities/derivatives business and payment processing
- Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to work in a team
- Willingness to learn, resilience and an independent way of working
- User knowledge of agree21 IT is an advantage
- Very good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- Excellent German language skills (word, writing) – good English language skills desirable
