IMPORTANT TASKS
- Ensuring the administrative activities for initiating business and for contract change processes (e.g.: new business, extensions, collateral processing, changes to conditions, termination of engagement), in particular their recording in the core banking system.
- Ensuring ongoing processing of loan administration, billing and conditions.
- Supporting the credit analysts with monitoring tasks and individual loan monitoring, in particular monitoring the use of funds, creditworthiness/collateral monitoring and annual reviews, especially their representation in the core banking system.
- Supporting the administrative processing of the restructuring portfolio and processing the legacy portfolio. Supporting the processing of the refinancing and derivatives business as well as operationally ensuring the bank's manual payment transactions.
- Independent process improvement and improvement of work processes in the Transaction Management department in coordination with the adjacent departments, as well as their documentation.
- Conception, initiation and tracking of automation and digitalization of work processes in the Transaction Management department (e.g. with the help of robot-based solutions or similar).
- Participation in projects and support of the department management in the preparation and compilation of information for the management, auditors and supervisory authorities.
BEST PRECONDITIONS
- Apprenticeship as a bank clerk, a further qualification e.g. banking specialist or subject-related studies is desirable - or comparable qualification
- Experience in structured lending is an advantage.
- Willingness to learn, resilience and an independent way of working and the ability to work in a team
- User knowledge of agree21 IT is an advantage
- Confident use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong oral and written communication skills in German and English
