IMPORTANT TASKS
Acquisition and individualized, client-specific consulting and support of new clients in strategically defined target markets
Target- and results-oriented analysis of relevant market and customer potential, as well as securing and expanding client relationships with assigned clients
Analysis, structuring, and negotiation of complex commercial and residential real estate financing in Germany
Efficient and process-oriented collaboration throughout the entire transaction process, including close integration within the deal team and back-office functions
Competent contact person for clients and business partners
BEST PRECONDITIONS
- Degree in economics or equivalent qualification
- Relevant experience in supporting and acquiring commercial real estate customers with a focus on project developers, property developers and investors
- Strong ability to analyze, structure and negotiate complex economic and legal issues
- Profound or expandable market knowledge in the commercial and residential real estate lending business
- A confident and professional demeanor towards customers and an independent way of working
- Experience in a regulated or/and banking environment is of advantage
- Negotiation and conclusion skills and knowledge
- Entrepreneurial, cross-departmental and team-oriented thinking and acting as well as a high sense of responsibility
- A plus - very good knowledge of spoken and written English
