IMPORTANT TASKS
- Thanks to your relevant experience, you are able to develop project and financing plans evaluate as well as both future-oriented and scenario-based structuring and to develop individual financing solutions
- Your knowledge in the area of structured real estate financing enables you to carry out the valuation and risk-side analysis (secondary votes) of credit decisions in the commercial sector Real Estate in both existing business and new business
- Due to your expertise in assessing and controlling address and transaction risks as well as your in-depth knowledge of balance sheet and annual financial statement analysis (HGB and IFRS) and rating procedures, you can actively assume credit risk responsibility for the assigned credit exposures
- Your deep understanding of economic relationships allows you to evaluate the economic
circumstances, balance sheet evaluations, participation in the creation of ratings while
ensuring compliance with Section 18 of the KWG - With the help of your excellent communication skills, you can work effectively and constructively as a deal Team member together with representatives of the market and legal department
- Your high level of quality and risk awareness enables you to manage the credit and negotiate and create collateral contracts and carry out the valuation and examination of collateral
- Your solution-oriented actions support you in the further development of existing processes as well as individual project activities
BEST PRECONDITIONS
- Your studies/apprenticeship: Bank clerk with advanced qualifications or a degree in economics, or equivalent
- Teamwork ability
- Goal-oriented, structured way of working
- Profoung knowledge in MS Office, knowledge of Agree21 would be an advantage
- Excellent English language skills (word, written)
