IMPORTANT TASKS

  • Responsible for the annual development of the IT strategy as well as for regular reporting to the management
  • Central contact for business continuity management, the control of individual and central data processing and as an interface to information security for the bank's IT and infor-mation risk management
  • You independently accompany IT audits (internal/external), coordinate audit interviews and document requirements and prepare lessons learned to continuously improve the efficiency and conformity of the IT organization
  • Design and optimization of IT processes, guidelines, work instructions, taking into account regulatory and group-wide requirements as well as opportunities to increase efficiency, digitalization and automation
  • Evaluation of new IT trends, technologies and IT solutions in order to prepare a possible adoption in close coordination with relevant stakeholders under cost-benefit-risk aspects
  • You independently manage or drive (IT strategic) projects, initiatives and special tasks in the context of IT governance, IT transformation and digitalization

BEST PRECONDITIONS

  • Degree in economics, (business) information technology, (commercial) law, (business) engineering or equivalent qualification – alternatively you training with targeted further development
  • Profound knowledge of the application and implementation of relevant specifications in the banking environment (including DORA, MaRisk, NIS2, KI-Act) as well as standards and best practices (including Cobit, ITIL, Prince2, ISO27001, ISO22301)
  • High affinity for new technologies and IT trends such as AI, cloud, automation and ide-ally know what is important in evaluating and controlling these from compliance and efficiency aspects
  • Very good analytical and conceptual skills and can prepare and present complex issues in a way that is appropriate for the recipient. Represent various stakeholders safely and competently up to the management level
  • You are committed and have a sense of personal responsibility and a goal-oriented way of working as well as the ability to find pragmatic and efficient solutions even in challenging situations
  • Excellent knowledge of German and English
