IMPORTANT TASKS
- Evaluation of project and financing plans as well as future-oriented and scenario-based structuring and development of customized financing solutions
- Assessment and risk-side analysis (second votes) of credit decisions in the area of aircraft financing, both in existing and new business
- Actively assumes credit risk responsibility for the assigned credit exposures, taking into account regulatory requirements and defined internal processes, guidelines, and instructions
- Assessment of financial conditions, balance sheet analysis, rating preparation, ensuring compliance with Section 18 of the German Banking Act (KWG)
- Valuation and review of collateral
- Further development of existing processes and individual project activities
- Support in the preparation of term sheets/loan agreements
BEST PRECONDITIONS
- Degree in economics or equivalent qualification
- Relevant professional experience in asset-based and cash-flow-based aircraft financing, including practical experience in the respective transaction steps (structuring, analysis, documentation, and monitoring)
- Experience in assessing and managing counterparty and transaction risks, as well as in-depth knowledge of balance sheet and annual financial statement analysis (German Commercial Code and IFRS) and rating procedures
- Good understanding of economic interrelationships, strong analytical thinking, and solution-oriented approach
- Good communication and teamwork skills, as well as a high level of quality and risk awareness
- Highly goal-oriented, structured working style
- Solid knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills
