IMPORTANT TASKS
Enforcement and continuous development of internal procurement standards (including guidelines, processes, and best practices) while considering regulatory and group-wide compliance and efficiency aspects
Point of contact for all departments throughout the entire purchasing process and acting as a gatekeeper to ensure consistent adherence to the bank's central procurement guidelines
Support for departments and projects in contract/price negotiations for individual and framework agreements with service providers, taking into account central procurement guidelines and cost/benefit considerations
Continuous monitoring of the service provider portfolio, particularly with regard to quality, costs, and risks, and support with reporting
Participation in or management of projects, especially for identifying and implementing efficiency potential to optimize strategic and operational purchasing
Situational support for the Operations & IT department in the context of internal procurement projects
BEST PRECONDITIONS
- Apprenticeship as a bank clerk or equivalent - additional qualifications e.g. banking specialist or subject related studies are of advantage
- Experience in international securities/derivatives business and payment processing
- Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to work in a team
- Willingness to learn, resilience and an independent way of working
- User knowledge of agree21 IT is an advantage
- Very good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
- Excellent German and English language skills in writing and wording
