IMPORTANT TASKS
- Supporting the customer service representatives from the Real Estate and Aerospace divisions in processing customer inquiries and orders as part of their daily banking business
- Supporting the retrieval of information from publicly available corporate documents, as well as extracts from registers and reports from credit agencies regarding prospective customers and customers
- Implementing customer and personal data, as well as recording customer units (KNE/GvK) and relevant data in accordance with legal requirements (e.g., GwG, AO, KWG)
- Drafting contracts, reviewing and implementing account creation, and setting up EBICS interfaces
- Recording customer data updates, as well as closing accounts and deleting customers upon termination of business
- Managing customer complaint management, as well as preparing related internal applications and external correspondence
- Reviewing assigned cost invoices and continuously recording them in the corresponding budget tracking list
- Conducting data plausibility checks, data control, and Data cleansing measures
- Ensuring a complete and traceable documentation
BEST PRECONDITIONS
- Successfully completed training as a bank clerk (m/f/d), banking- or finance clerk (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification or degree
- Relevant professional experience in a regulated financial institution, as well as a good general understanding of the relationships and processes existing there
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements for investing with customers and opening accounts (including those under the GwG, AO, KWG, ZKG), as well as the associated KYC requirements (e.g., identity verification)
- High level of commitment, solution-oriented thinking, and strong customer focus
- Confident, professional, and reputable demeanor towards internal and external stakeholders
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as a high degree of responsibility and self-organization
- Confident use of Microsoft applications such as Outlook, M365, and Teams
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in English and German (practically proven); additional language skills are welcome
- Experience in agree21
- Basic knowledge of EBICS and experience with Multivia
