IMPORTANT TASKS

  • (1) Information security and information risk management:
    • Taking on the role of information security officer (ISB) 
    • Through your experience in the area of information security and information risk management ('ISM'; 'IRM'), you are able to manage our information security strategy, taking into account the strategic business, IT and risk objectives, as well as making necessary decisions in the relevant committees to establish and further develop the Airbus Bank.
    • Your holistic view of the company enables you to implement the bank-wide information security management system (ISMS) as well as the associated structures and processes such as: B. Monitor protection needs, threat and risk analyses.
    • You also enjoy coordinating and carrying out checks/audits to ensure/monitor the appropriateness and effectiveness of the bank-wide ISMS as well as the measures and controls described in the security concepts to ensure the respective protection needs. Ideally, you have exam experience.
     
    (2) Data protection
    • Your excellent understanding of data protection also allows you to define and further develop data protection principles as well as the creation of guidelines/concepts for implementing the data protection principles and other data protection regulations.  
    • You advise, support and participate in ensuring the proper application of data processing programs with personal data in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR 
    • General or overarching tasks: 
    • Ability to track information security and data protection violations in a targeted manner and establish appropriate measures to prevent any further violations.  
    • Your structured work approach supports you in formulating, maintaining, and revising the SFO in the areas of information security, information risk management and data protection.  
    • You will also be responsible for the creation of information security and information risk management reports as well as data protection reports that are appropriate to the target group.

BEST PRECONDITIONS

  • Required qualification: IT or economics degree (specializing in banking, financial services or capital markets), or comparable qualification would be an advantage 
    • Existing qualifications in ISB and/or data protection are an advantage 
    • You are used to work highly independent, also you have a sense of responsibility and initiative. 
    • Your efficient way of working and understanding of business processes and their context enable you to identify optimization potential and to leverage and implement synergies. 
    • Advising and supporting business areas and employees regarding compliance with information security and data protection requirements as well as organizational and work instructions are also among your strengths. You also support projects and all data processing positions in Airbus Bank.
    • You have excellent communication (German and English) and presentation skills and can present complex issues and innovations in the organization convincingly and comprehensibly as well as carry out regular or event-related training and courses.  
    • Your affinity for technology and a very good understanding of IT complete your profile.
    • Excellent understanding of the latest regulatory and legal developments
