IMPORTANT TASKS

  • You will support outsourcing management and purchasing in central tasks relating to the selection, evaluation and management of service providers, taking into account regulatory and Group-wide requirements.
  • You support the planning and implementation of risk analyses as well as regular reporting to the bank's management
  • You support the monitoring/management of the bank-wide service provider portfolio and work with our central tool under your own responsibility
  • You will support contractual reviews in the context of service provider selection and procurement and act at the interface between outsourcing, purchasing, legal, information security and IT
  • You will independently analyse and evaluate regulatory requirements and innovations and support the implementation of organizational frameworks
  • You can expect a steep learning curve in a dynamic and interdisciplinary environment with plenty of room for your own creative approaches and ideas.

BEST PRECONDITIONS

  • You are a matriculated student (m/f/d) of economics, law, (business) informatics or a comparable degree program.
  • Ideally, you have already gained some practical experience in the banking environment and are interested in regulation, risk management and (IT) governance
  • Knowledge and experience in control/governance tasks as well as in the IT or operational or non-financial risk management environment are also useful
  • You are characterized by a high degree of initiative, diligence and solution orientation paired with a certain IT affinity.
  • In addition, you work independently, are a strong communicator and enjoy working in a small team.
Starting immediately for 15-20 hours per week for a period of 6 months or more
