IMPORTANT TASKS

Strategic contact person and partner for departments and managers -
Responsibility for the entire employee life cycle of the bank's employees -
Independent, active and competent advice and support for employees and managers in all personnel-related topics -
Ensuring personnel development in close cooperation with managers -
Active participation in the design, optimization and implementation of all HR processes and guidelines as well as in various HR projects such as benchmark analyses, job gradings and creation of job catalogs -
Supporting budget and planning processes as well as analyzing the cost effects of various compensation scenarios -
Implementation of all relevant personnel measures and topics in constructive and trusting cooperation with the works council as well as involvement in the creation of works agreements
BEST PRECONDITIONS

Successfully completed studies with a focus on human resources or comparable training -
Relevant professional experience in operational and strategic human resources work -
Good knowledge of position evaluations and salary benchmarks -
Good, practice-oriented knowledge of labor and social security law -
Independent, structured and efficient way of working -
High communication and team skills, pragmatic solution orientation and strong service orientation -
Confident use of MS Office 365 and high affinity for digitalization -
Fluent written and spoken English skills
